Document Templates
A document template is a file that acts as a base for “copies” of the file to be used again and again. The process is similar to keeping an original, master version of a paper form and making copies of the master to actually fill out or use. The following document templates require the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Adobe Acrobat Reader.
