This is a 2 day course, both days must be attended to receive credit. Topics covered will be Communication, Conflict Resolution, Emotional Intelligence, How to Give Constructive Feedback, Speaking Skills and Facilitation Skills.

Philip McClure
Dr. Phillip McClure is a keynote speaker and expert facilitator. Phillip was born in Lexington, Kentucky, and earned a B.A. in Music, followed by Masters and Doctoral degrees in Theology. He and his wife, Theresa, have been married for 32 years.Phillip and Theresa have served businesses and nonprofits with essential skills training for over 30 years. McClure Professional Services provides keynote speaking on various aspects of leadership and elevating team dynamics. They conduct interactive training and facilitate events and retreats. Additionally, Phillip provides professional leadership coaching for leaders at all career stages and levels of an organization from frontline to executives. They help people get better at people skills!
