We Have Changed!
MidSOUTH has redesigned the Field Trainer Portal. To use the new portal you will need to use the new user name and password we have created for you. You will not be able to use your old username or password.

To find your username, click on Continue at the botton of the page. On the next page, click on the blue text that says retrieve your user name in the box titled "Is this your first time here?" Your password will always be the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
