Weekend and Evening Teleconferences

If the event is scheduled during the evening or on a state holiday, the facilitator will need to make plans to gain access to the building or room. Generally, a key will be issued to each site facilitator. The facilitator should obtain "off hour" contact numbers for all site contacts. This should be done prior to the day of the conference.
